I do like 5 videos a day, you guys make my muscles hurt but it’s a good

Nice, have to burn more than you intake! We started cutting fat where we
could, like draining ground beef when cooking. We have a homemade meal
after every workout.
This is so nice…but I’m getting tired lol:)
Now I’m suffering pain on my legs and hips.. its so good now my I have a
nice shape body
