  1. i suggest doing boxing workout also…. really helps to build up the abs area….!!! and its fun….!!! just put your own favorite tune and work it out…!!!! thats my motivation for working out…!!!!

  2. @titanosaurus79 it target 3 main part of your ads….!!!! find more info in the internet… it really works…!!!! but its take effort and motivation… im in my 4 week now… and i lose 1 and half inch in my ads area…. do cardio to have faster result….!!!!!

  3. i was doing the plank about 3 weeks now…. and yeah i can see some of my core abs coming out…. my advice is dont give up to early….!!!! motivation is the key here and plus cardio also part of my training…!!! wish u all the best…!!!

  4. Hello! Have you considered – fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  5. oh so this is the plank!! haha I’ve been doing this for two minutes every day for 4 years. Yes it does work. Just didn’t know it’s name…

  6. Has anyone tried the Plank Challenges at Konkura.com ? There is a 60 year old woman on there who has managed 25 minutes at the standard Plank position!

  7. @funkyironman69 that’s really good advice, since then I did go, and i was related to my adrenal glands misfunctioning causing falls in BP. Thanks for your input.

  8. @misuniadziubek You probably should discuss this with your GP and get your blood pressure checked. There is also an easier beginner variation where you place your knees on the ground which may be worth looking at. Make sure you go to your GP first though just in case.

  9. @MissShulley Do you mean 3 minutes without stopping? 😮 I don’t think many people can do that, even if they have been doing it a long time. Maybe you aren’t doing it right? Or you just have really, really, really strong core muscles.

  13. might be a dumb question.. does this acually work out your ab muscles and get you more ripped or does it just build endurance?

  14. haha i do this almost everyday but i that time passes so slowly like, i plank with the stopwatch on so i know how long i go for, but is there something i can do in the meantime to let the time fly past? ive tried listening to music but it hasnt helped much ):
    also what is a good time to do it for if youre a female teen? ive been doing 3minutes
