  2. Can somebody help me out? I have been doing this excercise everyday for about 4 months now. The result is a perfectly sculpted 4 pack. My only problem is lower abdominals. The 4 times abs excercise in this video supposedly targets lower abs,but I only feel it in my upper abs. I have researched different workouts for lower abs but whenever I try them I dont feel anything… Any suggestions?

  5. @allyz04 Hi how are you.
    It’s better to do it 3 times a week becouse when you excercise you break down the muscle, and the days of rest after the workout rebuilds the muscle and makes it come back bigger/stronger.

    So if you want to get abs faster then you should rest for a day or two between your abs workouts.

  7. i have a small amount of stomach fat, even though ive did this workout for a while like 2 weeks. ive been exercising for several months, like running, lifting weights, etc. i also do eat a healthy diet, not to mention im actually thin, weighing 130 pounds. can someone tell me what im doing wrong or how to improve?
