Hi Karena and Katrina, i have a question about cardio, i have done some running here and there over the past month, however i still find it difficult to run for long distances, i get winded really quickly which is very discouraging. i was wondering if you had any tips to help me improve, i really want to be dedicated to running and can see the benefits just cannot seem to do it 🙁 please help. ps I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!

@confeye I have always wondered about that. A medial doctor told me a few years back that if you don’t eat something before a workout it has basically no affect on you. I have heard so many different things, would be nice to know what the answer is.

@PaleaLoccsta Never say its not likely! You can do it! Just workout daily & eat smaller meals every 3 hrs, its not impossible, and the fact that you’re already thin means you can easily get in shape b4 this summer. Go for it!
Im not guna lie im skinny but i have large love handles and no butt:( hopfuly ill get fit by this summer… but its not likely..XD

@ToneItUpcom ive been doing these kinds of workouts and running for the past like 2 weeks and my legs are suuuper sore, so its really, really hard to workout. what should i do so i can continue 2 workout?

This is very helpful because I have started this and I realized I am WAY more out of shape than I thought xD is there a beginners version for this?! I cannot do the outer leg kicks while just sidelying on my knee while partially elevated like you do it 🙁

no,u must keep your legs above 5cm form the ground, so that u can train your downward muscles

i can’t believe how many “lower”abs exercises are on youtube.Ppl don’t realise you have to be really ripped for these muscles to be visible.It is hard to have a sixpack,but the fat covering the lower abs is a lot thicker than the one that covers the upper(6 pack). Unless you are ripped/skinny training any ab muscle is kinda waste of time,they’ll never be visible without very small Body Fat,and that u do in the kitchen.

help!I am permanent nerve damage in one arm so I cannot lift weights to get rid of my flabby arms, I can’t do anything that involves repetitve bending of the elbow. I have to have a knee replacement in both knees, although the left is the worst.Am I just stuck to doing the simple exercises the MD and Physio give me? Those are to strengthen the muscles around the knee etc. I can do sit ups, although someone has to help my down and up to the floor.I go swimming everyday. I am 100 overweight.
