  1. dont think you will get amazing abs from doing crunches
    you wont
    you get abs by reducing your body fat! Eat less and run more
    dont spend an hour a day on crunches, it wont help you to look good
    you will get a better core and back but it wont change your look much

  2. I’m assuming that anyone seeking to burn fat realizes that doing the exercises recommended here are only 1/3 of the equation. You also have to commit to the proper diet/food intake and a sufficient amount of cardiovascular work, whether that be a treadmill, jogging, biking, elliptical machine, etc…

Not great, you have to lose fat over your whole body evenly, you can’t isolate the fat loss to one area, so youre best off doing normal cardio like cycling or running in addition to the ab exercises, you can have the strongest abs in the world by smashing them but if you dont burn away enough body fat you won’t be able to see them
