  4. can anyone tell me about the food intake, as I don’t always have the time to do all the exercise an keep an healthy diet would do me a lot of good I think, and as I am very small in size, what kind of exercises do you recommend ??? maybe you can consider me as a starter because the only thing I know is doing sit-ups and play dumbell in around 10kg, in 3 round, by 15reps.
