Keep in mind this is only a 10 minute routine & “results” require a combo of healthy eating, regular cardio, & strength training……<-- With all of those, you can see results in as little as two weeks, but more likely 3-4. Add in some of our cardio routines, as well as upper & lower body workouts & you will get even faster results than just doing this one alone.

  3. Sure. Right now we have 2 other standing ab workouts that are quite a lot different from this one, you should check those out too, and alternate which one you use. One is 10 minutes & the other is 30 minutes.

  6. I love your videos!! Do you have any exercises that can be done at the office for those of us who are sitting 8-10hrs a day? Although fun, hopping up and down is frowned upon where I work.

  7. If you do regular cardio, and eat healthy along with this workout, you can see a difference in as little as 2-3 weeks.

  8. Three times a day might be overkill. You don’t want to undo your progress by overtraining. Remember to mix up your workouts, too!
