Nay, I don’t have anything against FAT people. If some one chooses to live LARGE, it’s their choice. There are many ways to fight depression. One of them being: getting laid on a daily basis. Anyway, no pun intended to any FAT person out there who chooses to “live LARGE.” BTW, how much do you weigh now (if it isn’t too personal to ask)?

Yes, I HAVE been depressed before. Guess what!? I walked my ass right into the gym. BTW, I was never FAT to begin with. You control what you put in your sewer. So, if you’re FAT, you have no one to blame but yourself. Be careful though, you don’t want to become MORBIDLY OBESE! Sigh, I now feel as if my email will be filled with replies from FAT people who may have gotten offended from my OPINION.
have you ever been depressed? it doesn’t sound like you have. most people suffering from depression do not even have the will to do activities, going walk, they are DEPRESSED. i was put on anti-depressants that increased my appetite like crazy. i was very thin before i got on them, 125 lbs. now i’m overweight. they are many reasons people gain weight. not just laziness.
I’ve been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I’ll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)
2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours)
– include a protein source with each meal
3) Follow the nutrition plan from the “Fat Loss Customized” program (I can’t provide a meal plan here)

4) Perform interval training to boost your metabolism.
no such thing as spot fat removal. Its not going to make your legs thinner or stomach flatter, it’s going to make you stronger and more musclicious.
Sorry i don’t mean to take it in a serious path but in my personal opinion i think thats ignorance to believe that people GET fat from being lazy, greedy, and undisciplined. Eating is a way to combat depression in another persons “fixed view” i know there’s other ways but most people see eating as “the easy way out”.
My goal is to have abs before SUMMER! Or it’s 30 bucks outta my wallet! :/

Yeah do a bit of research. It sounds crazy, but if you feel like you are bloated drink a bunch of water and it actually flushes your system of the water. So if you are constantly drinking water and staying hydrated – there is no reason for your body to retain the water.

I was wondering if you could answer my question. I’m naturally very thin, but the only place I ever gain wait is my belly. So I have these skinny arms and legs and this fat belly (and no its not just a little bit of skin or something, it truly is large). I understand that you can’t target one area to lose weight in, but are there any tips that could help me to get rid of this belly fat? Also, when I eat my stomach puffs out hugely no matter how much i eat. would toning my abs stop this?

Cardio and Diet! Stop eating refined carbs. Everyone has a little on their tummy, don’t worry. If you want to get rid of it for like a photoshoot there are measure but they are not healthy/sustainable. The ladies in magazines only look like that with photoshop or just for the day of the shoot! Trust me.
@SarahsFabChannel Hey Sarah, so I recently lost over 25 lbs (I’m now 5″2, weighing 113lbs), and I’m now at the point where I need to tone up. I have a tiny bit of a pooch (not to noticeable).
