  1. Hello, have you considered this thing called the Max Muscle Method? (look for it on google). My father says it gets people bulging with muscle.

  2. I am so out of shape at my age 61, I can’t even do 2 of those ab crunch situps!! I guess I need to start with some more simpler to do exercises to avoid injury. I did lose almost 50 pounds in the past 8 months from 255 pounds down to 205 pounds or so, but need to build up some muscle mass. Thanks for the demo.

  3. Hihi, have you wondered this plan called the Fat Blast Lifestyle? (google it). My father says it helps people feel great. Thoughts?

  9. some people put their hands on the chest, others behind the head, others on their forehead, either way is fine as long as you don’t start pulling up with the arms, remember that the abs must be the ones working in this crunch exercise. And the improvement, well it tends to be a bit subjective, but as many things in this world, they require perseverance and patience, time and hard work, there is no magical way of getting the things

  10. i have been told that your not supposed to put your hand behind your head, is that true?
and how soon after doing this do you start to see improvement?

  11. We are trying to get healthy, yet, they show a Pizza Hut Special 5 advert before the video.
