  3. i think this one because it really getting my ass gone off working, m-100 is the peopes who has tight schude but it very effective even thought it like a 5 min workout(averae)

  5. Hey Mike, I am a skinny/ small dude. I was little bit of body fat; in other words i do not have a stomach. I workout two to three days a work. The question is, where is my abs? I could see them forming a little, but not a whole lot. Do you have any tips to help me out?

  6. GUYS !! believe me this stuff works !!
    3 months ago, I started a diet… I used to go to the gym daily.. burning like 1000 calories daily.
    I’ve lost something around 45 pounds ! during the last month, It was very very hard to lose weight..
    so I decided to do some Mike’s workouts, I’ve lost 12 pounds in one week ! if I did that at the gym, on the treadmill or the cross trainer like before, it would have taken me more than a month !

  7. I have my classes doing this as a warm up for our MMA class twice a week and it is great to burn the fat on those days when you are concentrating on technique and not sparring. Awesome mike I use and adjust so much of your stuff. Great work

  8. if the hurt the day after, either your workout is too intense for your fitness level or your not getting the right nutrition (: should eat more protein if your muscles really ache that way the next morning or the one after that they should be fine (:
