INTENSE 5 Min Home Abs Workout – MIKE vs. SHANNON!

The Six Pack “Shortcut?” sixpackshortcuts.com Since a lot of you have requested to see more females in the videos, I brought in my friend Shannon to help me on this one! We do a intense, HEAD-TO-HEAD home workout together. You can do it by yourself, or competitively with a partner like we did it. And the best part is it requires only your bodyweight, and you don’t need any equipment. Here’s how to do the workout: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS – 30 SECONDS: Start in the push-up position, and step your feet upwards towards your hands. To make it more challenging, you can shift your weight forward so you are carrying more with your chest and upper body. Be sure to keep your back flat as you do this, and don’t let your butt go too far up in the air. YOGA PLANK – 30 SECONDS:: Start on all fours, with your hips elevated up in the air. Hold this position, being sure to keep your hips up and not allowing your back to slouch. KNEE TO ELBOW PLANK — 30 SECONDS: Lift your butt up slightly in the air from the push-up position to start. Take your left knee, and touch it to your left elbow. Repeat this for the other leg.   4. Hi mike can you please tell me how can i get more energy? I’m lazy and i never have energy and when i try to do exercise i feel dizzy and i get cold, pale and sick. Only when i do exercise! I’m 22 and i feel like a 90 year old woman. Please help me! P.S you look nice, hope some day i can be like you!

  5. Amanda, at the end of your videos, you sometimes say to try to do the workouts twice, is it alright to kind of combine your videos? Like for my workouts, I like to do this ab one, the total body workout with Ron, and then I run on the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes. Does that seem like too much/too little? And I only do this about 3 or 4 times a week

  6. @calianty hi! you can try my Hips, Bum, and Thigh workout or my spring into Spring Workout, which are great leg workouts! 

  7. @csan9364 I agree with the user below. Try and use your abs as MUCH as possible. If you feel your neck hurting, really use your abs more.

  8. You’re not engaging your abs if you feel tension in your neck – your putting pressure on your neck which isn’t good. It’s tough – I had to work at my technique to really get my abs doing all the work

  9. @makeup242 you should do this workout about 3-4 times a week. no more than that. And I would combine this workout with a cardio workout.

  10. i thought you were supposed to work out every other day, i want to tone up really quickly, should i workout everyday or every other day and how long for? il be working out my whole body, thanks 🙂

  12. You make it look so effortless, but I almost died! That was one of the most toughest workouts I’ve done in a while, even though it was only six minutes, I can really feel it! I’m determined to stick with it though, thanks so much Amanda! 🙂
