    I ate way too much in general and was way over suggest calories for my height. I really don’t see what’s wrong with staying at the suggest calorie number. Obviously eating healthy foods is better.

  19. i have found that allready, i’ve added in jogging a mile twice a week and alternate, working out 3 times a week. my routine starts out now 20 pushups, 20 crunchs, 20 cross crunchs, 10 sit ups, 60 second side planks, 60 second regular planks, 20 reverse crunchs, 2-45 second bicycle kicks and 20 mountain climbers plus the rest of these exercises in this video. Im working on getting a pull up bar so i can add that in.
    Next summer should be great!

  21. decreasing your meals is a bad idea, I agree with the Cardio but you should still eat a healthy amount, just eat the right foods. By the right foods I mean vegetables.
