  1. Part of it is flexibility – work on stretching your hamstrings in order to keep your legs straight. Bending them is okay, it just makes it easier.

  2. Great 😀 I have set up my little routine now 🙂 this helps a lot, I find it hard to keep my legs straight like the dude in the clip, to improve how straight my legs are would this come from self disciplining myself to do that?

  13. 15 huh! Good age. Do your sit ups, punch a heavy bag, and get a buddy to punch you in the stomach for a regular workout! It’ll toughen you up very quickly!
