Or just start with the foot 2 foor crunch, and after 1 month start doing this.
it took me about 3 weeks, to be able to perform this exercise correctly, but now I can do 50 reps without a problem. My advice is to start this exercise with your feet on the ground and I guarantee you that after a few weeks you will able to do it properly.
yeah right… And how I’m supposed to keep balance while doing this?
I recommend athlean-x from JDCav24 on here, it’s all about your meal plan because you can work on abs all your life, they won’t show unless you have a proper diet.
