If you havent mastered basic abdominal crunches, and developed a strong core, then leg raises can cause lower back pain. This is primarily a hip flexor exercise unless if legs are raised past 90 degrees. When done correctly, these are some of my favorite ab workouts. Raise legs by flexing hips and knees until hips are fully flexed. Rectus Abdominis and Obliques only dynamically contract only if actual waist flexion occurs. With no waist flexion, Rectus Abdominis and External Oblique will only isometrically contract to stabilize pelvis and waist during hip flexion.

    one way to do this is just hold on to the bar and just hang there for as long as you can.

  2. dude youre completly wrong, with some hard work you can out do genetics. anyone can achieve whatever physical build they desire, for some it may be harder than others but its just work. i was naturally a husky kid but now with hard exercise and some diet im in the best shape of my life

  8. To loose fat: diet + aerobic training. Doing crunches etc. won’t make your fat dissappear 🙂
