  6. @MrButtso, Yes you do have to burn off fat before hand. But I already had a flat tummy — I just lacked definition of my abs. I was reviewing this video for those people who had a flat tummy already like me. 🙂

  7. For those of you wondering if this works, I have been doing this for the last year and a half. I started off as 5’4 114 pounds, no abs. Now I have well defined abs. The key is to do it consistently. Thanks so much Sarah and Jessica for this video. It is the most effective and convenient abs workout on YouTube.

There is something very big coming to humanity and you better take exercise seriously (even if people say youre overkilling it) because these people only like you if you compromise… If you dont believe a 5th dimensional spiritual shift is coming, learn as much as you can about these people and only tell people online or you will literally become the next nailed to the cross/burned witch…

  14. I have this dvd. It’s excellent for beginner and intermediate work outs and great for change up use at home or in the gym. I remember and use every technique into all my workouts. Alternate this with gym ab machines and incline, decline bench and you have a near complete abs work out. sprint so you sweat, reduce gradually, total and bad fat intake and finally make sure that your intake of calorie through food or liquids are slightly less than the daily output or exercise level of calorie burn.
