  1. You can do it! Also, it will get easier as you do them more frequently. I never do less than two minutes now. Be sure you hold your tummy in. Pull it in toward your spine and breath regularly. Those are two great tips to get your through it.

  2. Hi, I am relatively skinny. 5’8, 115 pounds. But all of the fat that i have goes to my waist in the back, and some spreads to my tummy. Not a lot, but just enough to hide my six pack. Any tips?

  3. @YouTips4U I have 1 question i’m a mother of 3 and im 25 years old so my stomach has a bulge im 125 pounds but i still have belly fat to the point where i cant where a bikini. In the last part where you did the crunches do you think that will work for me or should i do sit ups ? p.s i really like your videos 🙂

  4. Hi, sounds like you just need some toning and strengthening exercises for your abs. Once you build up your muscles, it will pull in the excess flesh. I would recommend you do ab exercises every other day to help tone and strengthen your ab muscles in addition to holding your stomach muscles taught.

  5. Hi! i am a man and always when I bend myself, an if i look at my stomach I can see it sort of hanging down in some way. is it because of not enough muscle to hold the belly in?

    I have started to hold my stomach in all day long as you mentioned, and I do situps as well as the excercises that you have been showing in this video.
    when I sit down on a chair or so, then i ALWAYS have to loosen up my belt because my stomach gets bigger when i sit down.
    Am about 1.83 cm tall and my weight is 76 kg

  6. Hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate burned a ton of fat.

  7. Hi, it depends on how your fit your stomach is right now. If you don’t have a lot of weight to lose and they are relatively fit, then I do think you could have great results in two months. However, if you have a lot of weight to lose, you will have to work at that as well for a bit so you can expose those great ab muscles.

  8. Hi, not sure if this is o.k. for you to do if you have nerve damage problems. You may want to check with your doctor before you place your weight on your hand.

  9. do you think i could get a flat stomach in 2months if i hold in my stomach muscles everywhere i go and do the ab workouts?

  10. On the side plank 5:43 will that help me strengthen my left arm as well as the stomach since my arm is very weak due to nerve damage since I was born.

  11. Hi, two months is certainly ample time to make a difference in how your abs look. I would recommend you work them out with 3-4 days a week as well as doing regular cardio exercise to help burn excess fat and calories. I hope you have wonderful vacation!

  14. Does anyone know what the intervals are? How many rounds and how many seconds of work and rest? Her site is still not working it redirects me everytime i go to it or it just stays on the latest workout being the OMG one.

  15. i love your videos. i got a question. so i used to be 240 pounds. i’m 150 pounds now but i have just a little extra skin (not too much—people can’t tell how big i used to be) and i can’t get a six pack because of it. i feel the six pack under the skin and when i let people touch my abs they are surprised of how hard they are. i just can’t see them. what can i do to make them appear? 🙁 HELP!

  16. Geez, don’t you know anything about exercise? It’s important to breath properly while exercise to build muscles.

  17. I’ve been working out for 2 month now (weight training, cardio)
    cutting all unnecessary sugars and junk food from my diet and eating veggies, eggs and oats. And i’m seeing great results i lost about 10 pounds already and i feel so much stronger and eager to work out. It is completely possible for anyone, you just gotta have the determination to put down that fast food burger and soda.
    Maybe eat half of what you do now, start small. Just know if you really want it you can have a body like hers.
