  1. I’m a guy so I feel kinda awkward doing it, but anyways I HAVE TO SAY IT: I
    had many tough gym guys trying to make us sweat by hard work out(in school,
    college etc) and this workout is by far the most intense workout I’ve ever
    done. But I feel so accomplished by finishing it 🙂 I don’t know about the
    6pack, I hope this will help me loose 4kg which I gained during last 2
    months.. (parties, not as much exercise etc)

  2. Can you do this and already have a tummy?? If yes then it might take more
    than 6 weeks, more like 10 weeks maybe 🙁 Oh well you have to start some
    where.

  5. I am 14, and I am skinny, the only problem is I have a little bit of belly
    fat, so i thought I would give myself a goal to reach, and that is to get
    abs!! Today is day 1, wish me luck!! :)
