  1. i don’t believe in sets/reps. just do each exercise correctly until the moment where you feel you are no longer able to complete it correctly.

  2. Hey great workout man=) i’m just curious how many reps do I do each exercise for and how many sets for the total circuit ? :D thanks

  3. maybe? you could do this everyday, all day and it’s possible you wouldn’t see any results…you need to do cardio and eat right too.

  4. hey shake 1 question, is it possible to get abs in 2-3 months. how many times a day would i have to do this. its summer, theres nothing to do and i wanna start my sophomore year with a six pack, thanks

  5. typically you want your lower back on the floor, upper back off (shoulders) off the floor. lifting your lower back off the ground might strain your back more than your abs…not good.

  6. hey shake is it better when my lower back doesn’t touch the ground or if it does, what strains the abs more?

  7. I do get used to do what you can each practice lasts 20 minutes … and the result seems to be doing every day for two weeks and seems to really thank you very much :)))

  8. No, almost to failure is the right way. For most people, going to failure means forcing out that last rep (compromising form) so stop before you get to that point.

  9. You are the man! By the way, I want to build big explosive muscles, so going to failure is the right way, right?

  10. yep, exactly—just always make sure your form is correct and stop before you feel like it won’t be.

  11. @shakelightly Hey man, Just a question about training without weights. Shall i do as many reps until failure for example when im doing chinups?

  12. First off, feeling pain is the worst way in the world to judge how well an exercise works. That’s just nonsense. Second, like I’ve said a millions times before, don’t limit yourself on time…people think 10, 20, 30 seconds is enough. That’s stupid. If you can do more correctly, then do it—CORRECTLY. Once per week or seven times per week, up to you—listen to you body.

  13. @shakelightly I don’t feel any pain in my abs after this workout, just in my very lower abs. Under the training the workout is really hard and it feels in my abs, but after some minutes i don’t feel anything. Should i add time to each exercise or do this workout more times a week. And how many times per week should i do this?

  14. Thanks but basically this is my question also (see below), which was sent to you by another fan. You suggested to go to your website to read your frequently asked question but no frequently question to be find.

“Hey man! Love your ab workout! One question though: how long do you rest between each exercise? I usually do 1 min of each exercise and 1 min break. Ive been doing that for a while now and I think I can start having 30 sec breaks now. How do u do it? do you rest at all? 😛

  15. 1. Should I do this exercises without rest and how many seconds I should do for each exercise?

  16. do them how i do them (or find a more comfortable position) and don’t limit yourself on time….always maintain correct form and go before, not until, failure.

  17. should i do it like you do it in the video or ad more time or are these 6 min a day enough to get results

  18. Oh and btw when doing this workout should I do every exercise without any rest between exercises?

  19. Either you’re a machine or you’re probably flopping around like a fish out of water. SLOW and CONTROLLED.

  20. Well I have been doing these for a while but I just don’t feel that ab burn.I keep my hands like you, shoulders off the floor. What could be the problem? Thanks
