@laugh1out2loud3 if you do this in the morning and dont feel sore in the evening do it again in the evening. if you don’t feel the burn anymore it means you’ve gotten used to the workout or you have surpassed it, i.e you need to start holding weights while doing the exercises or do more reps or find a harder workout. this workout will burn some calories and tone up your stomach a bit, but to burn fat quick you need to eat less or better and do more cardio i.e running.
@laugh1out2loud3 try turning your walks to jogs, gradually add a few mins to each jog. u need to get your heard rate up to burn the fat, walking wont burn as much as running. drink 3 litres of water a day and cut out fizzy drinks, alcohol, white bread, white rice, white pasta, processed food i.e waffles, chicken dippers, pizza’s, mc donalds etc. eat stuff like bowl of cereal for breakfast, chicken wraps packed with vegetables to fill u up for lunch, a large baked potato with fish for dinner
