Our organism tends to release these calories from the area near the active muscles. So it burns fat in that area. HOW TO USE THIS WORKOUT 1.     But the biggest obstacle to getting abs isn’t actually developing them…

    It’s losing the fat and getting them to show. Ab exercises mostly define the abs.

    You should take a look at the video in my channel on what it takes to get abs (and why normal dieting isn’t the answer).
