  3. Hi I love your exercise. They are easy to follow but at the end of the day, I do feel pain in my muscles which means they have been working 😛 love the feeling 🙂
    I have a question though, In the 2 exercise, Knee bent, when you extend out the legs do you touch your heels to the floor or is that cheating?? 😛

  6. They tone it yes, but abdominal exercises burn very little fat. This is due to the small size of the abs when compared to other exercises. You could ultimately reveal your abs without doing a single ab exercise though.

  7. Either everyday with this video or eight minutes everyday by repeating four exercises for two sets. Its good to do different exercises each day (for example,the first video she made one day and this video the next day).

  8. Abdominal exercises do tone the tummy and help gain the lean muscle that helps in belly fat reduction (primarily achieved by cardio).

  10. I personally prefer slower movements. It did wonders for my figure. Burns calories like hell. I put “Weights Metronome” app on my phone to 4 sec cadence. Burns like hell but you feel them work.

  11. Although the workout is good, I try to steer clear of telling people that ab workouts tone the tummy. The truth is, ab exercises don’t burn many calories.
