  5. I always here about ppl loosing weight after an exercise routine, well im skinny i want to gain muscle mass! Should i still try these routines but just eat more?

  6. Three actually (hwo, itmes and hae). As well there were three punctuation errors (“im” needs an apostrophe, a period at the end, and the first “and” should be a comma), three capitalization errors (the i in both “im” and when you first used “i” and the h in “hwo”), and two word use error (both times you said much, you should have used many). Proofread, it helps.

  8. Fill up on protein and multicolored vegtables. A high protien diet makes you feel full longer and keeps your belly flat, where as to many carbohydrates make you feel bloated. Eat chicken, fish or beef with as many vegetables as you want , the more colurful the better.
