What a terrific addition to the library of anyone who practices yoga! Clear instructions with great photos for an effective abs workout. No more excuses for me to not work on my abdominal muscles every day!

Finally, effective AND safe core strengthening exercises,
What makes this book so valuable and useful are the clear, detailed instructions accompanied by really informative photographs. The easiest way to support your back is through strong abs, but one easy way to hurt your back is to do the exercises incorrectly – I know! This book tells you exactly how your body should be positioned so that the exercise will be both effective and safe.
I also like the grading of the exercises by `challenge level’. Returning from travel where the floor has not been an inviting place to exercise I can work back up in easy stages.

Great Choice: book with audio link!,
A great book, which does not only contain exercises to tone your abdominal muscles, it also talks about benefits and atonomy. Personally I like it, when exercises start with standing poses, followed by sitting and lying postures.
The exercises itself are easy to follow, especially with the fotos, which are useful especially for non-native-english speaker like me. The audio link with the pleasant voice of the instructor completes the experience. It ads some more fine points about the poses, I don’t need to look at the picture each time and – for me – has the additional benefit that I can further improve my English listening to these instructions:)
