  7. @oxbballbaby1 i eat a lot of seafood and veggies, i dont eat white bread, i switched to whole grian and oatmeal bread which made me loose 8 pounds. avoid eating fast food and fried things. eat lots of food that has water in it. the way i look at it is compareing the food to what it would look like dried. like grapes, grapes shrivel up to a raisin, so it has lots of water. if you look at a potato, when dried theres barely a difference. avoid sugary drinks and food too. i cant eat dairy.

  8. @oxbballbaby1 i do this other exercise, im not sure what its called, that you lay on your back and bend your knees and bend your torso to the side and touch your ankle or toes with your fingerstips on one side and then do it the same way on the other, it gets tiring after a while but once finished you’ll feel a tightness in your lower belly. im not sure if its a good exercise for lower belly fat, but it makes me feel good lol

  13. @AlanIchiryu yes it will, as he said it isn’t a good way for loosing the belly fat, but if you work in some cardio before an abdominal workout you will get great results in just weeks if you work at it 3-4 times a week.
