    practise since 2 years or more.. The hell i am going to do this workout and

  9. I have to say at 55 I am DOOOOOOOMED! I cannot do this hard work out. I
    have lost 167 pounds 8yrs ago… now I have this flappy bouncing pouch of a
    tummy which I cannot afford to get a tummy tuck… I think it hurts me it
    is the reason I cannot have a social or romantic life… and I am back up
    to 289.1 so I think I will probably not be around much longer. I work out
    but it does no good. I am not pigging down foods and I don’t get why my
    body will not BURN fat. I have tried every diet known to our species. Low
    carb is how I did it first time. Don’t work anymore. What do I do? Die
    already?

  14. 40:50 is a stability exercise for the core and shoulder. The core is coming
    from holding the push up position and the shoulder stability is mixed
    between holding the push up position and using the scapular stabilizers
    against the bands resistance, if you understand muscles of the scapular
    region youll understand why hes going down out and up with the movement of
    his arms
