  7. I’ve been doing this exercise every day (except for weekends) for the last
    4 weeks. I’m sweating like crazy every time I’m doing it and I know I’m
    giving my best. But…. unfortunately, I see no results. No weight loss
    🙁 I guess I’ll have to find some other exercise. Don’t get me wrong,
    this is a great exercise…. just not for me.
