how many times a week do you suggest you do this? thanks
i dropped 85lbs 255 now 170(8months) but still got fat. This helps a lot im targeting the abs and arms for 5 months now abs are hardening but i need to build a ab routine stability and medicine balls are the best.

Dude i try this exercise and it`s killing my abbs, tnx for the tip, a was allways uderestimate the ex.ball. but now it is every day part of my training, and i think working the oblix make my lower back very relaxing and efective way to give them a hard time! TNX again!

These are good exercises, but theres alot more that goes into getting a 6 or 8 pack, i worked my butt of to get an 8 pack and now im making videos explaining how, check me out! 🙂
