I hope you guys understand that only doing this exercise will not be too beneficial to you…This information is for people who are oblivious, not to people who know this fact. You will need an incorporation of healthy food, cardio, strength training AND this….Not just this. (just a clarification for people who thought this would be the only workout they would have to do). I suggest 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training with ab workout per week

Yeah of course, Im 15 now i’ve started doing this P4P abs workout and chest workout last year for 3 months. I done cardio exercises such as jogging, skipping rope and having a healthy diet which got me six packs and also a huge chest.
change your workout, look for another abs workout and change it at least every 2 weeks

You know there’s a debate about whether or not it’s ok to workout your abs everyday since they are so different from the other muscles in your body. Until we have official confirmation from a reliable source I think its fine if he does. Plus considering the fact Marines do cardio every day and come out pretty fine…:/
No, it is better for your abs to have time to rest. You need to wait at least 1 day, maybe 2-3 if this is new for you. If you do this everyday, you are not letting your abs have time to heal and repair, when they repair is when they grow best.
