  1. We suggest working your abs and core at least twice per week . Our fitness and weight loss program includes 3 days of cardio exercise, one day of abs and one day of core.

    Also, a big part of having great looking abs is your eating habits and nutrition plan.

I personally think she’s beautiful and though I would not wear a bra like that it’s my choice and besides she has a beautiful body she should be proud to show it off. She worked hard to get her body in shape, not only that, but she was kind enough to show you how you can do it too. So stop complaining. To the lady in the video keep doing what you do and be proud, you’re beautiful and do not be afraid to show it.

  5. How long would it take for me to get a flat stomach? I have belly fat but its small and pretty much only shows up when i bend. How many times a week and for how long do you think I should be doing this? I tried it today and I did feel it in my stomach but i dont feel like i felt it enough. Advice?

  7. You are welcome. we have found that eating smaller meals more frequently is a great way to stay full and you tend to eat bettter foods . It doesnt sound like you need weight loss, just toning and firming. Best of Luck

  8. Thanks!! I actually looked up why I get skinny, and I went shopping for certain foods. I tend to not eat a lot meat when I diet. I also want to just tone myself. Not so much lose the weigh. Your videos are GREAT by the way! Very helpful!

  9. It sounds like you are not eating enough. We suggest eating 5 smaller meals per day and concentrating on eating healthy foods. i.e. Turkey, chicken, fruits, vegetables, nuts etc.

  13. your body probably needs more protein. eat a handful of nuts or some meat like 1 hour before training and that may help you. good luck.

  14. what kind of work outs do you recommend for beginner i never work out but i want to start now i ony walk for 1-2 hours 5 times a week what i really want to focus on is my stomach and my back and hips
