  4. @idiqrnx I can’t believe how quickly I got killer abs. The secret is perfecting you easting habits and workout together.   5. Yeah I got lucky with those. Was expensive though. If I’d have a spotter it would be great. But I did a good work on my body development so far. Summer 2012 can come. 🙂

  7. This video was realy helpfull to me because I can’t afford to go to a gim, have some dumbells at home, a pressbench with barbell up to +- 220 llbs weights for it. And for hanging kneeraises I use my old childhood swing to hang on it! 🙂

    I don’t want to get really bulky, just wanna work on my chest and abdominals mainly aiming for that 8 pack to get a well defined body.

  8. Hi there, have you heard about “Belly Fat TorchMax” (just search on Google for it …)? There you will find a useful free video. It helped Ashley to reduce her abdominal fat. Perhaps it will help you out too…

  9. The planks can be challenging at first, but I have worked my way up fron 30 seconds to a max of about 2 minutes. Makes you feel great!
