  4. Hello, I have a couple questions. 1) how did you do a lot of cardio without making your boobs sag? since ive lost weight, my boobs have also, and became very loose and “hangy”. I do lots of push ups and chest presses also. 2) I see that I do have ab muscles, but I do still have a lot of skin over it, i cant tell if its skin or fat. It jiggles alot when I move it, I can pinch it also. How do I get rid of it? I do a lot of cardio, and eat much better, it doesnt seem to help.

  6. if i use those stretch band things instead of the weights for my arms, will i get the same effect? I can’t use weights b/c i can “partially” dislocate my shoulders and the doctor said that i shouldn’t use weights, but i should use the band to strengthen my shoulders….soooooo is there a substitute for the weights???

  9. I think you should do a contest. I don’t know what the prize would be, but I think you should do like a challenge then those who want to can either do the challenge and write to you about it or make a reply video. Just an idea…it’d be a neat way to engage your followers. Plus then we all have a curriculum (so to speak) to follow and, besides being healthier, another reason to attempt to do things.
    I personally just never know what to do and I think this (or something like it) would be neat.

  13. She admitted to past abuse.  And that’s when she used to be more “plump,” so to speak. Just look at her. She has to be one of the most focused and hard-working people in the industry right now. If she’s a coke fiend, she sure doesn’t seem like one.

    Lady Gaga is naturally tiny. In fact, I just looked her up. She’s 5’2″. Her body is probably the result of vigorous workout and a less-than-sufficient diet, but I doubt cocaine is part of that.
