  1. @RenatoCorona
Me too! I have been using that program at
    AmazingAbs.info
for 2weeks now and Im thrilled with the
results. Cant wait to see what results i can
get in the next month as I am going on
holidays and will be in a bathing suit a lot
and I already know I will feel a lot better
    than I have in years..:))

  2. no no no. i always have to tie up my hair when i work out. i don’t know how you’re letting your hair hang loose and fly all over the place.

  3. seriously no offence but why do you always act like you don’t know what the excercise is gonna be e.g. “and today he’s going to be showing ME a…” and “so steven today, what’s this move” i mean, as IF you don’t know.

sorry i just had to get it off my chest

  4. i love your face when you tried the advanced version! i was watching the video and i look up and guess what? i have a stability ball wooo!

  5. Sarah, please help me out- I’m a curvy girl. So I’ve been going to gym last two months. I feel that i have train my hand and ab muscles enough so I’m trying to spend more time on cardio so i can lose some weight but after running I feel that my lover leg muscles(i don’t know how they are called) “grow” too big. You know what i mean. It’s like i feel that I need more cardio but I’m afraid of having muscular legs.. What other cardio exercise I could do? :/

  6. I never swam competitively but my mother had me take swimming lessons until I was about 13 – it was like my camp, and her time to get errands done haha

  7. You guys are an awesome combination. I don’t have the money for a personal trainer and you guys allow me to learn and exercise correctly. Thanks again!

  8. Thats what she said
Seriously though its a dang good exercise especially if you suck in your gut while doing it

  9. Very good exercise! Ive been doing the advanced with 20pounds for sometime now and my abs are crazy hard!

  10. Any time of the day is fine, just pick a time that you will be most likely to do them! Adherence is important, so choose a time that you can stick to, and THAT is your best time to workout.

  11. Honestly just about literally any exercise or workout is fine for men or women – aside from a few details we’ve got pretty much the same muscles 🙂 We have abdominal workouts that are much harder than this one, check them out.

  12. Honestly the best thing you could possibly do is mix it up like crazy. You could literally choose a different workout of ours every day if you wanted, & you would keep your muscles guessing & your brain from becoming bored. That’s what I would recommend – just try & get a solid and balanced representation of each muscle group (upper, lower, core…) & use our cardio workouts to burn calories & get your heart pounding. I know that’s a non-answer answer, but it’s the best thing you could do! -Kell

  13. Hey that’s wonderful that you are seeing such results..however, generally speaking, you should try and be careful not to eat under 1200 calories a day. You could easily be short on nutrients and even slow your metabolism if you don’t eat enough. I would recommend talking to your doctor or a nutritionist for a good idea of how many calories you could safely cut back to. But again, Congrats, keep up the hard work!

  14. i do this 6 days a week . with your other video’s i love it =) im down 20 lbs in one month i eat 1200 calories or less a day, an walk 2 miles. i didnt believe i could do this at first but i proved myself wrong thanks to all your video’s once again thanks for the work outs

  15. PS Thank you, by the way. And PS again, there is no “them”, it’s just my husband & I that do everything you see on our YouTube page and our website. Just the two of us. Thank you for watching our videos, & let me know if there’s ever a type of workout that you want to see that we haven’t done yet. -Kelli

  16. HA! Naturally thin. Thanks for the laugh. That’s me 🙂 I used to be 35-40 lbs heavier. I workout & eat healthy and that’s a decision I make every day… well, most every day 🙂

  17. I’d like for them to use a model who isn’t already Really thin. And naturally thin at that…… = /

  18. It takes cardio, toning exercises, and healthy eating. It takes work! But stick with it and you will start to see a difference in your body in as little as 2 weeks. At only 1 round, you’re going to want to make sure that you do more exercise if you want to see results sooner – couple it with our other workout videos or go for a walk. Whatever you enjoy most 🙂

  19. It’s okay to only make it through one round. If you want to become stronger and more fit, push to complete a little more of the routine each time.

  20. I could only do one set of each of these. Is it ok or should I try to do all three sets together?
