  2. @24yukmouth. That’s kind of a stupid question. There is no possible way carbs are bad for your muscles. Just burn more than you intake and you’ll keep your definition

  3. Hi hi! Have you considered – fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  4. Very unique exercises and they work great! I just recently viewed som of his material a week ago and I’m getting great burns while at the gym especially with his abs routine. I’ve been working out for years now and I can’t remember the last time my abs were this sore… Great ab workouts and very creative! Keep up the good work!

  5. It’ll be too late if you keep asking. I’m 47 and an ex-infantryman and it’s the best training system I’ve ever used.

  6. WOW! These exercises should have been included in the P90X workout. I was really challenged. IMO (in my opinion), a disclaimer should be on the screen identifying that this workout could be unsafe for beginners or individuals or a certain age and with a medical condition. Over all though, I love it.
