Heres an effective four-exercise Pre-Fatigue Abdominal Circuit where you are going to fatigue the abdominals with classic endurance exercises and then follow it up with a dynamic moving exercise. In the first exercise, start with a simple abdominal plank, holding that position for 45 seconds while bracing your abs, breathing normally, and maintaining your body in a straight line.   14. it’s a myth that working out makes you short, and an unscientific myth at that… there’s no reason for growth at any age (some people are still growing in their 20’s) to be stunted by exercises with weights and even 6 years old exercise with weights. Give me a day and I will send you links to articles that explain why it’s a pop-myth that lifting weight stunt your growth.

  16. at 15 you can try like a person twice your age, you won’t be harmed by exercise (basketball, tennis, soccer and running are harder on your bones than weight liting left one bodyweight) and you have all the muscles and hormones to train hard!
