  1. @MrElviz11 its a workout vid…probably just wants to show the muscles that are in action for each exercise. Why would you even be concerned about him being shirtless?

  2. Hey there! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost lots of fat.

  3. I’m a female who doesn’t follow boxing and knows anything about the sport but wants to do these. The moves are awesome and fun to practice to get abs!

  4. @MrElviz11 Who wouldn’t show them off if they were as ripped as him! he’s proud of what he’s accomplished

  5. most of the people here trying to criticize Jeff here are probably fat couch potatoes that are holding a bag of chips watching this.. its easy to pretend that ur an E-mma fighter, E-trainer, E-beast, Ephysiotherapist.. if your that good tat u can give jeff advise why dont you go ahead and post videos and help other people out ? Common im waiting.. ya thats what i thought

    Edit:
.. And if he’s a lot taller than you, I guess you could step under his punch and try and land the uppercut. I would personally go for the hook in that case, but that might just be me.
Anyway, the point is to work out your core in a different way, not learn boxing. This It’s clearly not the most effective way of getting better at boxing.

You would never throw a upper cut without any opening punches anyway, so if you’re stepping forward to throw the uppercut it should be because it gets your into your stance again. Unless you’re in a clinch-fight (what ever it’s called in english), in which case you wouldn’t step forward anyway.

  8. Hey guys, I just saw this video and actually was reading about this same topic the other day. I did some searching around and stumbled onto this cool site that offering totally free report and tips about losing belly fat, building abs, diet plan, and many more… I thought it was helpful and simply amazing…
Check it out here “biturl.coweightloss” just copy paste that to your url bar 😉

  9. Jeff , your boxing skills aren’t the best , but hell , I’d trade my silver medal for your body anyday ^^

  10. does stepping in like that extend your reach? i was taught not to break the stance and just twist the powerleg

  11. @ShitStain195 Don’t know if you still need a reply but i reckon they’re there to add resistance… =)

  12. Great video!! I like how you made it so anyone can do a good boxing workout without boxing equipment!! That’s awesome man!

  13. Yes it does strengthen your abbs. your abbs are the same as any muscle if you workout and engage the muscle it will tear rebuild and become stronger aslonge as that is how you are training, for example for muscle strength and endurance its 12-15 reps 3 sets
