  5. It depends on your intensity. I suggest a minimum of 180 minutes a week if it’s light activity. If you are doing more challenging work, you can cut it down to 20 minute intense workouts 4 days a week which is only 80 minutes. It really depends though on your level of fitness as well.

  13. All you have to do for abs: get a flat stomach, THEN start doing exercise, if not youll be building the ab muscle but not burn the fat, wats the point in abs if no one can see it?

  14. This workout really is pretty killer, but you have to keep in mind that ab routines only build the muscle, not rid of the extra fat. I purchased Mike Geary’s Method ( an E-book with 106 pages of solid info about abs, diets, exercises) with fair skepticism, but it ended up revealing a plethora of information I could have been using for years to get ripped 10x faster. I would recommend it over any machine or supplements, because it skips the gimmicks. Check it here: howtolosethatfat.info
