  8. My diet – I eat bran flakes or porridge oats for brekfast, i only drink water now, and lots of it. At lunches i have the combiniation of Pasta and baked beans. The only snacks i have a day are fruits like banana’s and apples. No junk food. Is this diet ok??

  15. So what if you do have weights (like in my case) All I can do are the workouts without weights. With weights you say do less reps more weight, what about no-weights workouts?
