  2. DO AT LEAST An hour of cardio a day on top of these and also change your diet to 500 below your calorie burn out take and it will take aLOT longer than just a month..get back to me on month 5 and let me know if those changes ocured yet!! Good luck

    when i say cardio i mean running cause thats what i did
    to get the flat bellly
    then u start doing abs and running at the same time
    but its very important to get the flat belly first
    cause if u do abs and u have FAT the fat will get stronger and it will be impossible to get it out
