In this video I’ll show a couple of basic beginner exercises. They are great to build strenght and get you a strong and tight core. Train your abdominals 3 times a week with resting days in between! Make sure you get enough variation in the exercises. Also watch my other abdominal routines! Use these exercises at your own risk! If you follow the instructions the chance of getting injured is very small! Watch my other videos as well and let me know if you have any ideas for new videos!

The lower leg raise exercise is great for toning lower abs, but it is important to work the entire abdominals.   2. I’ll be honest with you and recommend you to ask a doctor or physical therapist to be completely safe! Some exercises will probably cause some difficulty, so it’s better to let a specialist analyse for you what movements will cause those problems!

  3. Awesome! I’m three weeks in and I’m already seeing results! I also have a crazy great diet now too so those two in combination really make these workouts worth the little effort it takes day on and day off. I started with two days off because I got so sore!

  4. Hey man, I want to work out my abs and you said to work them out one day yes and one day no. Do I just do one type of exercise one day or do i do every single exercise in the video in one day?

  5. I’ve got a light skin colour, I never get really tanned, so I prefer to safe me the time and effort.

  6. Not heard about it, but probably just like every ‘amazing abs product’. It doesn’t work that easily, it’s always hard to get sixpack abs. Don’t think it is something you can achieve in just 1 month of training, without proper nutrition or workout schedule.

  7. Oh hey! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got detailed Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  8. Then you should first lose weight. Chance your diet by eating healthier and less calories then you burn. Also get more active. Do some activity like walking or cycling 60 minutes every day of the week to get the best results. 5 x 30-60 minutes activity is minimum though.

  9. @zfkbgll yes I agree cant even believe it. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.   18. At least 3 times a week and at least 30 minutes each time. More is better. Variety is good. Running/jogging is really good.
