  7. Tim Farris has a workout, you sit on half a medicine ball, aka BOSU Ball, put arms behind your head and raise them almost straight up, do about 10 reps or the re-designed flex belt, they finally got it right bit.lyI8FTb2 just wear it turn it on and do your work-out hidden during the day.

  9. She’s really bubbly and quite knowledgeable HOWEVER….she knows NOTHING about PILATES. Please don’t teach PILATES unless you can do it correctly. Also the lavlier mic is REALLY ANNOYING!!!

    but, included in at least one of her videos (the 45-minute one that i’ve been doing for a couple of weeks now), there actually ARE cardio components (incoporated as circuit training) in 5-minute segments, alternatively mixed in with 5-minute segments of upper, lower, and abs toning. it feeds oxygen to the muscles, making it pretty effective. i mean, have you actually SEEN HER abs? they’re pretty good looking, and very well toned! mine are STILL hurting!

  12. has anyone noticed, that  when she’s up, she sounds younger. but when she goes down she sounds old
