Crazy 3 Min Home Abs Workout

It’s great because it’s simple, it’s quick, it requires minimal equipment, and it REALLY hits your abs. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 10 Toe Touches 10 V-Sits 10 Triangles Do all 3 exercises back to back. Repeat the entire superset 3 times, with 1 minute rest between sets. Exercise tips: TOE TOUCHES: Keep your arms and legs extended out as far as possible. Move slowly in the extended position. Dan uses a medicine ball here, but any weighted object (dumbbell, weight plate, etc.) will work. V-SIT: A Muay Thai conditioning exercise. Sit balanced with your feet and upper body off the floor in the starting position. Extend your body straight as much as possible without touching your shoulders or feet to the floor, then explosively contract your abs to move forward. TRIANGLES: Inspired by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu submission (the triangle). Coaches will often make students drill this move to build the ab endurance necessary to effectively secure the choke. The key is to shoot your legs up and elevate your body, until you are almost standing vertically on your shoulders. Visualize putting your footprints on the ceiling.   7. Hey Jeff, i used to train with my Dad at the gym about 5 years ago but when he moved away i completely stopped my routine, ive gained weight since then and im starting to train again. However a question that has always puzzled me was how often should i train? My brother told a while back that if i train none stop ill ache too much and my muscles wont rebuild, he also told me high weights and low reps is better than the opposite, are these true? If it helps im 17/male and i aim for your build.

  8. well…..shin is a bone so your not gonna get that much bigger…the only way you can get it stronger is by kicking….alot…the impact from kicking does much similar to lifting weights….kicking gives the bone VERY minor fractures and they grow back stronger and harder….forearm…do wrist curls, same with wrists(a bone also but the wrist curls will strengthen the connective tissue, thus making the wrist stronger)

  20. lie flat on your back, put your feet together and pick them up 6inches off the ground and hold for a mintue and do as many sets as you can. you will feel it in your lower back if your doin it right, it shouldnt hurt tho
